Dhammika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Special) in Public Management, specializing in Accounting and Business Management, from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, where he graduated with Second Upper-Class Honours.

\nA highly accomplished finance and accounting professional, he is a Fellow Member (FCMA) of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Life Member (MAAT) of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka, contributing actively to committees such as Total Cost Management and IT Development initiatives.

\nSince 2019, Dhammika has led the introduction of Bookkeeper Accounting Software in Sri Lanka, serving as the local distributor. He has guided small businesses in moving from manual systems to modern accounting software, and provides operational consultation to strengthen financial processes, compliance, and efficiency.
